It peaked at number 1, 2, 3 and 14 on the Billboard 200 and has been certified 2x Platinum by the RIAA. The compilation includes one song which reached the four Billboard Hot 100: "Boom Boom Pow", "Right Round", "Poker Face" & "My Life Would Suck Without You".

The Cover inspired with NOW 70 UK Cover in 2008, but the color outline is changed with a pink outline instead of a yellow one.
